Being aggrieved by the decision of Respondent No.2, the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune Division, dated 20/09/2024, invalidating the claim of the Petitioner as belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe, the Petitioner has approached this Court. The urgency expressed is, that the Petitioner is desirous of securing admission in the academic session of 2025-2026. 2.

Issue notice to Respondents, by making the same returnable on 27/01/2025.
