The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would invoke appropriate remedy under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 for seeking redressal of his grievance in respect of cancellation of the concerned mutation entry by which he is aggrieved.

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to avail the statutory remedy. All points on merits are kept open.
