The petitioner is challenging order passed by the Registrar accepting the nomination paper of Respondent Nos. 4 to 7. The election is over, appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to challenge the election of Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Hence, keeping all question raised in the petition open to be agitated in the dispute under Section 91 of the Act, the writ petition is disposed of.
