Mr. Vijay Dhingreja, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner points out an e-mail received on 14th April 2025 by the Petitioner - father and submits that younger daughter has filed an application to get admission for MBA [2 Years Course] in ATLAS SkillTech University, Mumbai. On instructions of the Petitioner, he states that the fees of Rs.11,00,000/- for the said MBA course or whatever fees for the said course will be paid by the Petitioner.

Mr. Vijay Dhingreja, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, also states that the Petitioner will pay the entire fees of any other course or any other Institution / University where the younger daughter gets admission.

The said statements made by the Petitioner are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.
