The learned Counsel, however, submits that in the event after the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.27 11:01:23 +0530 examination of the cadastral surveyor, it transpires that the cadastral surveyor has not executed the Commission in accordance with the directions contained in the order dated 30th November 2021, liberty be granted to the petitioner to make a fresh application for appointment of the Court Commissioner.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

In the event, after the examination of the cadastral surveyor, such an application is filed, the Trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
