Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that while adjudicating the Change Report, an Interim Application came to be filed for amendment for the purpose of deleting the designation against the names mentioned as office bearers and replacing them as members, which amendment came to be rejected and upon request for adjournment, only time of seven days was granted. Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 6th January, 2025. In addition to Court notice, advocate for the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date.
