1) Writ Petition (ST) No. 644 of 2025 and Writ Petition (ST) No. 641 of 2025 are not on board. At the request made by Mr. Kamble, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in these two Petitions, the same are taken on board. 3 of

2) Petitioners have challenged Orders dated 4 December 2024 passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee dismissing the Appeals preferred by them and confirming the order dated 24 September 2024 issued by the Competent Authority under provisions of Section 33 and 38 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. 3) Without prejudice to rights and contentions of the rival parties, it would be appropriate that the structures occupied by Petitioners and similarly situated persons are surveyed by an Engineer of Slum Rehabilitation Authority before the next date of hearing by recording names of occupants and the area of structures in their respective possession.

Preservation of such data would be necessary in the event of the structures being demolished in pursuance of the impugned orders for deciding the claims raised by the Petitioners in respect of the land and structures in their respective possession. Accordingly, Petitioners and all similarly situated persons shall accord necessary assistance to the Engineer of SRA for carrying out survey of their respective structures. Let such survey be conducted within a period of one week. 4) List the Petitions alongwith Writ Petition (ST) No. 615 of 2025 for further consideration on 28 January 2025. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.]
