WRIT PETITION (ST) NO. 615 OF 2025 1) Mr. Nargolkar, the learned counsel appearing for Petitioners submits that the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee has now decided the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner vide order dated 12 March 2025. The Petition as of now challenges mere interim order dated 13 December 2024 not granting interim relief in favour of the Petitioner. Mr. Nargolkar would submit that since the grounds raised in the Petitions are more or less similar to the one that the Petitioners would raise while challenging the final order dated 12 March 2025 it would be appropriate that the Petitioners are granted leave to amend the Petition by incorporating challenge to the final order dated 12 March 2025. Mr. Naik and Mr. Damle the learned counsel appearing for Respondents do not seriously oppose amendment of the Petition.
2) In that view of the matter, leave granted to incorporate challenge to the order dated 12 March 2025 passed by the AGRC in addition to the relevant grounds and prayers in the Petition. Necessary amendment to be carried out on or before 21 March 2025. 3) List the Petition along with the other connected Petitions on 25 March 2025, high on board.
