The Respondent is directed to personally present in Court. The factual position on record shows that for last about 8 years, father has not been paid any maintenance to the children. 3.

It is the contention of the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent that Petitioner at no point of time has pressed the relief. However, it is the father's responsibility to maintain the children. 4.
