There is availability of alternate remedy before the State Government under provisions of Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 against order dated 5 March 2024 passed by Commissioner of State Excise. In view of availability of alternate remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Petition. Leaving open the remedy of filing Revision against the impugned order, the Petition is disposed of. 2.

The time spent in prosecuting the present Petition shall be considered for condoning the delay in filing the Revision Application.
