An order has been passed by the Executive Court on 04.05.2024, below Exhibit 163 in Special Darkhast No.83 of 2024. The Petitioner Management has prayed that the said order be set aside. This is beyond the jurisdiction of the Division Bench of this Court u/A 226.

In the light of the above and since the fixation of the Kartikeya

206-WP-19074-2024.odt pay-scale is a part of the Special Darkhast No.83 of 2024, we have no reason to entertain this Petition thereby enabling the Petitioner to commence parallel proceedings, more so, which is beyond the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.

Needless to state, all contentions of the parties in the pending Darkhast proceedings are kept open.
