Rather than dismissing this Petition for non prosecution, we have, perused its contents. The Petitioner seeks a water connection followed by regular water supply from the first Respondent. The Petition indicates that the Petitioner's application has been pending. Therefore, we direct the first Respondent, to consider and dispose of such application if filed, for grant of water supply to the Petitioner within 15 days from the receipt of this Court's order. The decision of this application must be communicated to the Petitioner within a week from the expiry of this 15 days period.

Since neither the Petitioner nor her Advocates appear, we request Ms. Vyas, who appears for the second Respondent to forward an authenticated copy of this order to the first Respondent. The first Respondent to take cognizance of our order and act accordingly. 4.
