In view of the above, Paragraph No.4 shall stand deleted, and the same shall be replaced by the following Paragraph 4 :- "The learned Additional G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 3, and the learned Advocate Ms. Chavan waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.4." 4.
