The Petitioner desires to challenge his termination dated 10.1.2023 before the University and College Tribunal, Bombay University. He submits that the Presiding Officer on the Tribunal has retired in October, 2024. He therefore, prays that either a new Presiding Officer be appointed or charge may be handed over to the University and College Tribunal attached to the Savitribai Phule University. 2.

The learned AGP submits that she will take instructions from the concerned department and make a statement within 2 weeks. 3.
