The Petitioner is serving under the Nashik Zilla Parishad. His wife is employed in a school operated by the Tribal Development Department in Taluka Baglan, District Nashik. Both seek a couple-convenience transfer in on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 29.03.2001.

Considering the above, we do not propose to pass any orders or directions to any of the Respondents. We leave it to the Respondents to consider the request strictly in accordance with the Sufiyan Syed - PA

103.AS.WP.19096.2024.odt applicable Government Resolution, and only if it is legally permissible, practicable, and feasible, and if the Petitioners are otherwise eligible for such transfer.
