By the impugned communication dated 26th August, 2024, the Head Master has conveyed to the Petitioner that she would be declared surplus on account of the number of students, vis-a-vis, the staffing pattern. It is a pre-intimation given to the Petitioner. The contention is that the Petitioner is still working in the same school, she has not been relieved and there is no order of actually declaring her surplus or absorbing her elsewhere.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 4th February, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Let the affidavits in reply be filed, at least, ten days prior to the returnable date.
