The only direction sought by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the prayer for grant of interim relief in the Revision Application that has been filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on 9th December 2024, the Revision Application has been preferred along with a stay application. The proceedings before the Divisional Commissioner in the matter of implementation of the order dated 29th October 2024 is now posted on 9th January 2025. 2.

(a) The stay application preferred by the petitioners in the Revision Application shall be considered and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all parties within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order.

(b) It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of either party. All points are accordingly kept open.

With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
