The Petitioners-Defendants are aggrieved by the Judgment and Order dated 6th September 2024 passed by the learned District Judge in ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Misc Civil Appeal No. 90 of 2022, whereby the Appeal preferred by the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.02.10 09:13:11 +0530 Respondents Plaintiffs against an order of rejection of an Application for temporary injunction was allowed, and Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 have been restrained from causing obstruction to the possession of the Plaintiffs over the suit property.

An arguable question as to whether injunction could have been granted against the Petitioners, co-sharers, arises for consideration. 1/2
