Learned Addl. G.P. for the respondent/State submits that for some genuine reasons the possession, which was scheduled to be taken on 16th May 2025, could not be taken. However, it is submitted on instructions that the possession is now scheduled to be taken on 20th June 2025. The communication dated 17th June 2025 addressed by the Resident Nayab Tehsildar, Haveli (Pune) to learned Addl.G.P. is placed on record. The statement is recorded.

It is open for the petitioner to pay the necessary charges, if it seeks police assistance. The concerned police station to cooperate with the petitioner.
