It appears that there is some communication gap in the matter of providing police protection. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to settle the matter with the occupants of secured asset of which the possession is to be taken. In such view of the matter, the date of taking possession be scheduled by Nayab Tahsildar, Pune within a period of 4 weeks from today for which the concerned police station is directed to provide police protection. Necessary charges be paid by the petitioners. The petitioners have made it clear that they do not want to settle the matter with the occupants of the premises.

In this view of the matter, it is incumbent for the in-charge of the concerned police station to provide police protection to Nayab Tahsildar, Pune to take possession.
