Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Prima facie it appears that no decree has been passed against the petitioner. Yet an order to attach the movable property of the deceased in execution of the decree has been passed.

Issue notice to respondent No.1, for final disposal, returnable on 24th June, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve respondent No.1 by private service and file an affidavit of service.
