The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 6th August 2024, passed by the learned District Judge, Barshi, whereby an application for review of an earlier order dated 24th January 2023 came to be allowed and respondent No. 6 has been permitted to be impleaded VISHAL SUBHASH PAREKAR as party-respondent to the Appeal preferred by respondent Nos. 1 to 5, VISHAL SUBHASH PAREKAR Date: 2025.03.01 15:55:10 +0530 against a decree for partition dated 16th February 2019 passed in RCS No. 487 of 2014.

An arguable question arises for consideration. 4.
