1) Considering the fact that the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner is already pending before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-I (CGIT-I), I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition.

2) Ms. Kanani would complain that Presiding Officer for CGIT-I is not available. She would however, fairly concede to the position that Presiding Officer of another CGIT has been given charge to handle urgent work of CGIT-I. In that view of the matter, Petitioner would be at liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Presiding Officer having the charge of CGIT-I and seek appropriate MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB reliefs.
