After the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the Petition against discretionary orders passed by the Court below, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, however, submits that, having regard to the nature of the dispute, the suit be expedited. 4.
The prayer is justifiable.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
Learned Civil Judge seized with Special Civil Suit No.764 of 2019, is requested to hear and decide the said Suit as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
