He states that the concerned Sub Divisional Officer has given an assurance to the Petitioners that the Petitioners will be heard before the amount of compensation will be disbursed. He states that in view of the assurance, the Petitioners do not intend to pursue the Petition. 2.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to state, that it is open for the Petitioners to file a fresh Petition, in the event, the Sub Divisional Officer does not hear them before the disbursement of amount of compensation. (DR.
