The grievance of the Petitioners is that the proposal seeking individual approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3, is pending since 20/10/2022.

Let Respondent No.5 deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in the law and take a decision within a period of 60 days from today.

The decision shall be communicated to the Management forthwith. If Petitioner No.3 is aggrieved by the said decision, liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.

If Petitioner No.3's proposal is accepted, the Management and the statutory authorities shall initiate steps to ensure that the Shalarth by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:
