Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is willing to deposit the balance amount in terms of paragraph 2(a) of the operative order dated 18th July 2024, without ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.04.30 11:29:27 +0530 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Petitioner is permitted to deposit the balance amount in terms of paragraph 2(a) of the order dated 18th July 2024, within a period of two weeks from today, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 4.

It is clarified that the deposit of the said amount shall not be construed as the compliance of the order dated 18th July 2024 within ARS 1/2

The Trial Court is requested to hear and decide the Suit as expeditiously as possible.
