The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal seeking individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner, is pending since 03/08/2022.

Let Respondent No.5 deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in the law and take a decision within a period of 60 days from today.

The decision shall be communicated to the Management forthwith. If Petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.

If Petitioner's proposal is accepted, the Management and the statutory authorities shall initiate steps to ensure that the Shalarth ID is by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:
