1] The only prayer made in the present writ petition is for expeditious consideration of the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The said Revision Application seeks to challenge the order dated 28/10/2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune in the aforesaid proceedings.

2] On instructions the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Revision Application would be decided within a period of six months from the next date of proceedings. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Stay Application has also been preferred along with the Revision Application. He submits that till the said prayer is considered, the order dated 28/10/2024 may be directed not to be implemented.

3] Considering the fact that the Revision Application alongwith Stay Application has been filed in November, 2024, it is directed that the said Stay Application be decided within a period of three weeks from receiving 1/2 11 wp-19384-24.doc bdp-sps

copy of this order. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent no.1 the order dated 20/10/2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune shall not be implemented till the Stay Application is decided. It is clarified that Stay Application shall be decided on its own merits and without being influenced by these directions. 4] With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. The learned counsel for the petitioner to serve copy of this order on the contesting private respondents.
