It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the respondents are served, none present for respondent.

By this petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 12 December 2024 issued by Respondent Mayur K. Adane Page 1 of 2

503-WP-19385-2024.doc No. 3 directing the petitioner to remove the structure within 15 days failing which it will be demolished. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the lawful owner of the structure and reside there since long. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as none present for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the impugned notice dated 10 December 2024 is stayed till next date.
