Case called out. No one responds on behalf of the petitioners; neither is there any prayer for adjournment. 2.
On the other hand, learned Additional Government Pleader representing respondents 3 and 5 as also learned counsel representing respondent no. 1 have submitted in unison that the order impugned in this petition is appealable under section 152 read with section 153 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (hereinafter referred to "the Act of 1960").

Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain this petition on the ground of availability of the statutory and efficacious remedy to the petitioners under section 152 read with section 153 of the Act of 1960.

Thus, the writ petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy of appeal by approaching the appellate authority under the Act of 1960.

In case any such appeal is preferred, the proceedings thereof shall be decided with expedition, in accordance with law. (AMIT BORKAR, J.) (CHIEF JUSTICE)
