The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the notice of sale dated 17.12.2024 no bids have been received by the Bank. Hence, there would be no question of e-auction being conducted on 28.01.2025. Statement is recorded.

In terms of order dated 16.01.2025, the parties are before the learned Mediator. We may only observe that the parties shall attempt to resolve all disputes amongst them in the said process of mediation. 3.
