It is made clear that at this stage, no opinion is being expressed on the merits of the case of the competing parties one way or the other. Only an explanation is sought from Respondent Nos.1 and 2 about the methodology being adopted in connection with deemed conveyance registration.

Stand over to January 3, 2025 for consideration by the Regular Bench. Ms. Kapadia shall take instructions before such date. 4.
