Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the borrower has approached the Patsanstha with the proposal for a settlement. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the borrower has assured that within a period of four months from today the outstandings will be cleared. It is for this reason that the present Writ Petition is not being pressed by the Petitioner. However, if the borrowers fails to repay the amount, liberty to the Petitioner to file the Petition afresh.

We have not dealt with contentions raised in the Petition on its merits.
