The respondent no.2 who has been appointed as Commissioner to execute the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 shall assign the date for taking possession of the secured asset within a period of one week from today. After the date is assigned, it is open for the petitioner to pay necessary charges for seeking police protection.
