Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is willing to make an application for One Time Settlement ("OTS") to the Respondent No.3-Bank. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner wants to put an end to the litigation by settling the dues, as there are other proceedings filed by the Respondent-Bank before PMB

914.wp.19489-2024.doc the DRT Court as well for recovery. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that within a period of one week from today, the OTS proposal will be submitted as per the G.R. dated 4th July 2024. After the OTS proposal is received, the learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that the Bank will consider the said OTS proposal in terms of the G.R. and take an informed decision.

We expect the parties to work towards the resolution of the dispute as even according to the Petitioner, the Petitioner has paid a sum of around Rs.70 lakhs to the Bank and is eager to put an end to the dispute. 4.

List the matter on 28th July 2025.
