Ms. Ritu Gehlot, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the challenge in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 18th December 2023 passed by the learned Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai below Exhibit-38 in R.A.E. Suit No.1785 of 2013. She states that the said Suit has been disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Consent Terms filed in the said Suit and accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
