One of the contentions urged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that in terms of Rule 24 of the Rules of Legal Education, 2008, it was incumbent upon the Bar Council of India to supply a copy of an adverse report pursuant to the inspection carried out by the Inspection Committee while considering the issue with regard to grant of fresh approval of affiliation to the Petitioner No.2 - Law College. 2.
The Respondent No.1 to file a short affidavit indicating compliance of the aforesaid.
