In view of this, prayer clause (b) stands modified and modified prayer clause (b) reads as under:- "(b) Over and above the compensation granted by the Tribunal, the Claimant is entitled to receive a sum of Rs.7,56,000/- alongwith interest @ 7% p.a. in addition to compensation granted by the Tribunal."
