Heard learned Advocate for the Appellant Insurance Company and learned Advocate Shri.Mendon for the Respondents/Claimants. 2.

As submitted by Mr.Kulkarni, the Appeal is on two grounds. One, the defense of fake license and accordingly breach of policy. Admittedly no evidence is given. Second, the calculation of notional income. The Tribunal has considered 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) as notional income on the basis of the observations in case of Maheshwari and others V/s. Ramachandran and others1 of the impugned judgment.
