The only ground which is raised is about the notional income. Mr. Kulkarni relied upon the report of Minimum Wages Act issued by Government of India and relevant page which is applicable in the State of Maharashtra. He invited my attention to item No.57 relating Digitally signed by LATA SUNIL PANJWANI Date:

2025.10.07 19:06:26 +0530 to silver articles or ornaments whereas learned Advocate Mendon LATA SUNIL PANJWANI relied upon the wages as per the Minimum Wages Act and the Circular for State of Maharashtra. There is also item at Sr. No.57 about silver industries on which there is emphasis by Mr. Kulkarni

LSP 2 2 fa 369.24.doc whereas Mr. Mendon want the minimum wages for construction of road employees to be considered. He relied upon the observations in case of Hitesh Nagjibhai Patel v/s. Bababhai Nagjibhai Rabari & anr.1 3.
