It is true as per the order dated 8th September 2025, it was decided to hear the Appeal finally instead of deciding the withdrawal Application. The Appellant employer has filed compilation of documents. It is received by other side. According to learned Advocate Mr.More, the compilation is in order.

The compilation consists of some of the judgments. The principle laid down. There has to be a nexus in between the accident and the employment. The issue is, "whether the word 'accident' is to be interpreted in narrow sense or in broader sense". Mr.More wants to rely upon some of the judgments. Copy is given to other side. Both are at liberty to place on record any other additional judgments. 3.
