Learned Counsel for the Appellant/Applicant submits that by an Order dated March 15, 2024, the impugned Judgment and Order had been stayed until the next date of hearing, subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest thereon within six weeks before the Tribunal. The application has not been disposed of and is listed today. The Appellant is given liberty to make the deposit along with interest accrued thereon until today i.e. October 7, 2024, no later than October 11, 2024 i.e. Friday. If such deposit is made, the stay shall stand extended. If such deposit is not made, it is clear that no interim protection would be available to the Appellant/Applicant.
