A praecipe is moved on behalf of Respondent No.2 for placing all these appeals on Board. Submission is circulation was granted for 6th October 2025, however, they were not on Board on that day. Hence, by way of fresh praecipe circulation is granted for 17th October 2025. However, on that date those matters are not listed on Board. Probably that being the last working day prior to Diwali vacation, those appeals might not have been listed. 2.

It is the submission on behalf of Respondent No.2 that Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted time to the Petitioners in that

According to learned Advocate Dhoke, present Petitioners are different and issues are different. This will be considered when appeals will be heard. By consent all these appeals be listed on 12th November 2025.
