2) Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for the Appellant submitted that the Tribunal recorded a specific finding that the accident took place on 14/03/2020 at 05:00 p.m. The premium for the subject insurance policy of the offending vehicle was deposited on the same day at 10:00 p.m. Thereafter, the policy was issued on 15/03/2020 at 00:01 hours. Accordingly, the vehicle was insured after the accident. However, the Tribunal passed the Order that the Appellant shall pay the compensation amount and recover the same from Respondent No.6/owner of the offending vehicle.

4) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 26th June, 2025. Mr. Drupad Patil, learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 5 and states that the said Respondents wants to file cross-objection.

5) The Appellant to provide copies of the Appeal to the Registry, for service of notice on Respondent Nos.6 and 7. In addition to Court's notice, the Appellant to serve the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 with private notice and file affidavit of service before the returnable date. Hamdast allowed.
