By order dated 3rd May 2024, this Court had directed that till the next date of hearing the amount of compensation shall not be disbursed to any of the parties and on the same day notice came to be issued to the Respondents. Today, Advocate Mr. Shinde appears for the Respondents and submits that the amount of compensation has already been disbursed to the parties.
