Therefore, the learned advocate filed Interim Application No. 9711 of 2025 for substitute service of notice which was allowed vide order dated 14.07.2025 and accordingly, the appellant was permitted to serve the notice upon respondent No.

1 by published the same in daily newspaper "Kokan Sakaal". In this regard, the learned advocate for appellant has filed a praecipe dated 22.09.2025 stating therein that he is facing difficulty to publish the notice in daily newspaper "Kokan Sakaal" and therefore, he requested to permit him to publish the notice in newspaper "Lokmat" instead of "Kokan Sakaal". Therefore, as per his request, 06 weeks time was granted to publish the publication notice and file Affidavit of Service of Notice alongwith paper cutting within 06 weeks. However, as per office remark, it is disclosed that inspite of giving 06 weeks time and providing another name of newspaper i.e. Lokmat, this time also he did not publish the notice in given newspaper. Thereafter, the learned advocate for appellant has filed praecipe dated 21.11.

In turn, in view of praecipe dated 21.11.2025 filed by learned advocate for appellant. The appellant is permitted to publish the notice in daily newspaper "Maharashtra Janmudra" instead of "Lokmat" and "Kokan Sakal". The learned advocate for appellant is directed to accept the notice from the department within 01 week and thereafter, publish the same and file Affidavit of service of notice alongwith paper cutting within 06 weeks.
