The matter is moved by way of a praecipe for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 29th January, 2026 to correct errors. The matter was reviewed and this order is passed. 2.

In the said order, sub-paragraph (iv) of the Order, is corrected to read as under :

"(iv) Original Opponent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 - Insurer shall jointly and severally pay compensation of Rs.1,30,13,632/- to the claimants with interest @ 7.5% per annum, with liberty to the insurer to recover the said amount from the owner in accordance with law."
