9711 of 2025 for subtitute service of notice, which was allowed vide order dated 14/07/2025 and accordingly, the appellant was permitted to serve the notice upon respondent No. 1 by publishing the same in daily newspaper "Kokan Sakal". In this regard, the learned advocate for appellant has filed a praecipe dated 22.09.2025, stating therein that he is facing difficulty to publish the notice in daily newspaper "Kokan Sakal" and therefore, he requested to permit him to publish the notice in newspaper "Lokmat" instead of "Kokan Sakal".

In turn, in view of praecipe dated 22.09.2025 filed by learned advocate for appellant, the appellant is permitted to publish the notice in daily newspaper "Lokmat" instead of "Kokan Sakal". The learned advocate for appellant is directed to accept the notice from the department within 01 week and thereafter, publish the same and file affidavit of service of notice alongwith paper cutting within 06 weeks.
