The issue in the present case is as regards the custody of minor child which is claimed by the father of child. The maternal relatives of the child who are having his custody since last 14 years have filed the present appeal.

Bailiff's remark shows that the notice has been given to the mother of child, who according to the appellants themselves is not of sound mind. This cannot be said to be a valid service. 3.

Let the appellant serve the the Respondent No.1 ,i.e., father of the child through private service by hand delivery and file affidavit of service before the next date.

List on 17th March 2025. Earlier order to continue till the next date.
